 Reflexology, Tera Mai Reiki and Seichem, Hopi ear candling and Indian Head
Massage in Northamptonshire, Rugby, Market Harborough Promoting Health, Well-Being, Energy and RelaxationI have been practicing as a fully qualified Reflexologist,full time over the last 8 years. I am also a TERA-MAI Reiki & Seichem Master/trainer, attuned to Sakara level 3 and an Indian Head Massage Practitioner. I also offer Hopi Ear Candling.
My aim is to help people achieve and maintain a healthy and stress free body and mind by the application of alternative remedies which are non-intrusive and are suitable for all, from babies to the elderly.
Each treatment is personalised and confidential. After an initial assessment the appropriate treatment is determined - this can be a combination of therapies.
I originally trained in Chris Stormer's method of reflexology, it is South African and works both feet at the same time - for balance and works "top down" to push any toxins or blockages away from the body. It is a gentle but powerful form and is complimented beautifully with the Reiki. This treatment is carried out on the hands or the feet and is finished off with a wonderful massage.

Reiki treatments and attunements - to assist in easing pain,tension, managing change, anger management, arthritis,Chakra balancing, emotional fragility and negativity and more...Treatment cost £28
Indian Head Massage - to help headaches, neck and back tension - total relaxation. Try this one combined with Reiki (wonderful) Treatment cost £19
Hopi Ear Candling - to aid a variety of ear and nose ailments, including wax/water removal. Treatment cost £22.
My practice is based in Thornby(just off A14/Welford turn off A5199), Northamptonshire, within easy reach of Kettering,Corby,Leicester,Wellingborough,Daventry, Rugby, Market Harborough, Kingsthorpe and villages in the NN6 area.
Reflexology & Reiki treatments are also available at Unique in Church Street Market Harborough and Guilsborough Surgery.
Being a Qualified Trainer and Training Manager I enjoy running a Reiki school and some fun one Day workshops. I also love carrying out talks and presentations.
